2. Service Plans

The Service is offered under the following terms:

• A free Explorer plan is available with limited monthly analyses
• Paid plans (Professional, Per-Tender) offer higher limits and additional features
• Features and functionality may change with notice
• We may limit or restrict access at our discretion
• Service availability is not guaranteed

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old
• Represent a legitimate business entity (for commercial use)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to breach security or access controls
• Reverse engineer or decompile our AI models
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
• Upload documents you don’t have rights to process

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to documents you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process these documents solely to provide our Service.

5.2 Our Technology

All intellectual property in our Service, including AI models, software, and branding, remains our property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works.

5.3 Extraction Results

The structured data extracted from your documents belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of the extracted information.

Subscriptions (Professional Plan)

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase

Per-Tender Purchases

• Per-Tender purchases are one-time transactions
• If you are not satisfied with the results, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase

Refund Method & Timeline

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the approved refund request.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9.3 Professional Advice

Our Service provides information extraction, not professional consulting. Always verify extracted data for accuracy before using it in proposals or contracts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. For material changes, we will notify you via email or through our platform at least 30 days in advance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable member state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
